Pivot: Professional Identity and Values Organisation Tools

A suite of activities developed by Barry Cooper and Maggie Pickering at The Open University that have been designed to support learners to identify,critically reflect upon, and explore their developing sense of professional identity. The activities, which are informed by Personal Construct Theory, have full explanatory instructions and are accompanied by two videos illustrating their use.
